These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SnapReply mobile and web application ("SnapReply," "the App," "the Service"), operated by Revopay Private Limited ("Revopay," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using SnapReply in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
SnapReply is a productivity tool that helps sellers pre-load product, pricing, delivery, and payment information into reply templates, and matches those templates against incoming buyer inquiries you choose to paste into the app.
SnapReply is not a payment processor, escrow service, or guarantor of any transaction between you and your buyers. Any sale, delivery, refund, or dispute arising from a conversation you conduct using SnapReply-generated replies is solely between you and your buyer. We are not a party to those transactions.
You retain full ownership of the templates, product descriptions, prices, and other content you create in SnapReply ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant Revopay a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content back to you and, where you explicitly choose to publish it (for example, via the Promote feature), to the third-party platforms you connect.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Your Content, including prices, delivery claims, and product availability. SnapReply does not verify the truthfulness of any template you create.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
SnapReply offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (monthly, annual, and one-time lifetime access), as displayed in the app at the time of purchase. Paid plans may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
SnapReply may connect to third-party services you choose to link, including WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and SMS gateways. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party platforms.
SnapReply is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that reply matching will always be accurate, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that use of SnapReply will result in any particular sales outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revopay Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales, lost profits, or disputes with buyers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app. Continued use of SnapReply after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to conflict of law principles, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
